Three years ago, I moved to the UK with a decade of digital project management experience — most of it shaped by leading remote teams through lockdowns and uncertainty. I’ve worked across sectors, from life sciences to nonprofits, helping organisations clarify their goals, untangle digital challenges and launch platforms that actually serve people.

Shadow of a person alongside tree shadows on a textured ground. Sepia-toned, with a calm and mysterious mood.

This site brings those lessons together. It’s not a portfolio or sales page — it’s a space to share what I’ve learned, support others doing good work, and make digital feel a little less overwhelming.

Whether you're trying to make sense of your website analytics, unsure if your digital tools are helping or hindering you, or just looking for a bit of clarity before kicking off a new project — I hope this site feels like a useful stop.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. I explain how systems work, why they matter, and how you can manage more yourself — even without a big team or budget. Confidence and clarity go further than you think.

This blog shares practical advice, templates, case studies, and ideas — all shaped by real-world projects and the things that make them succeed (or stall). If there’s a topic you want covered, just let me know.

You’re welcome here.
